SHREDDED POTATOES AU GRATIN | |
6 med. potatoes 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 6 tbsp. butter, divided 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. half and half 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Boil potatoes in skin. Chill and peel and shred. Stir in cheese and 4 tablespoons melted butter. Combine other ingredients. Dot remaining butter over the casserole. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
