SHRIMP BISQUE | |
1/4 c. each finely chopped onion, celery 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. butter flavored salt 1/4 tsp. paprika Dash of white pepper 4 c. skim milk 14 oz. cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped Combine first 2 ingredients with 1/4 cup water in saucepan. Simmer until veggies are tender. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp, mixing well. Simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Fold in shrimp, heat to serving temperature. Yields: 6. |
