CRUNCHY CASSEROLE 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® brown & long grain rice, prepared
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of mushrooms, undrained
1 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. sliced almonds
Melted butter
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chopped meat
Onion
Salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce to taste

Brown meat with spices; drain. Mix soups, undrained mushrooms and rice with meat. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top, then almonds. Drizzle melted butter overall. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
