MEXICAN FRUITCAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 13x9 inch greased pan and bake 1 hour. Frost with 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, 1 stick melted butter on hot cake.
