BOURBON FRANKS 
1 1/2 c. catsup
3/4 c. bourbon
1/2 c. firmly packed sugar
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/2 tsp. dried whole rosemary
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. franks, cut into 1 inch pieces

Combine all ingredients except franks in Dutch oven. Mix well. Stir in franks. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 20 minutes.
