PEANUT CHOCOLATE PARFAIT DESSERT 
1 pkg. Pillsbury devils food cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. peanuts

3/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix and set.

8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. LaCream whipped topping (real cream)
5 1/4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

TOPPING:

1/2 c. peanuts
1 (4 oz.) bar milk chocolate grated

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Combine base ingredients and spread in pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 and 25 minutes. Do not over bake, cool. Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar and set aside. Beat cream cheese, add milk, whipped topping and pudding mix. Beat 2 minutes until well blended. Pour half of the mixture over the base. Sprinkle with half peanut butter mix. Repeat with remaining. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup peanuts. Press into filling. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Cover and refrigerate.
