CARROT PIE 
1 c. sieved carrots
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/8 tsp. cloves
1 1/3 c. milk
1 unbaked pie crust

Cook carrots until tender. Put through food mill blender or sieve. Then mix carrots, salt, eggs and sugar. Add spices and milk; mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife when inserted in center comes out clean.
