ORANGE - GRAPEFRUIT JELLY | |
3 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. water 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 pouch liquid pectin 1 (6 oz.) frozen concentrated orange-and-grapefruit juice Combine sugar and water. Place on high heat and, stirring constantly bring to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down. Add lemon juice. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in pectin. Add thawed concentrated orange-grapefruit juice and mix well. Yield: 3 to 4 half-pints. |
