1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. warm water
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Sift together dry ingredients. Add rest of ingredients. Mix thoroughly and bake in layers or 13x9 inch pan for 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
