ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
2 (16 oz.) cans sm. peas
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. (scant) sweet pickles, chopped
1/3 lb. cheddar cheese, cut in sm. cubes
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Hellmann's mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together, with enough mayonnaise to hold together. Chill and serve. Serves 6 to 8.
