1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in syrup 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 c. coconut 1 c. pecan pieces 1 1/2 sticks butter, cut in thin slices Whipped topping Pecans & coconut In greased 9 x 13 inch pan place pineapple evenly. Top with cherry pie filling, spreading evenly. Spread dry mix evenly. Top with 1 cup each pecans and coconut. Place butter slices evenly. Bake preheated oven 350 degrees about 50 minutes or until done. Cool completely. Top with pecans, coconut and whipped topping. |
