PIZZA 
CRUST:

3 c. unsifted flour
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. very warm water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil

SAUCE: Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce
1 to 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Add your own favorite toppings

Dissolve dry yeast in 1 cup warm water, set aside. In large bowl combine 1 1/4 cups of flour, salt, olive oil. Pour in yeast mixture and stir all ingredients with spoon until combined. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Then beat 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in as much flour as you can with a spoon. Put dough on floured surface and knead in enough remaining flour to make dough moderately stiff (about 6 to 8 minutes).

Place dough in ball shape into large bowl greased with olive oil. Brush top of dough with olive oil also. Cover with towel and let rise for 1 hour. Punch dough down with fist. Grease and flour pizza pan, stretch out dough to fit pan with dough covering rim of pan. Top with sauce, cheese and favorite toppings. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
