 Starla (Texas) says:
I love my grandmothers recipe that doesn't have some of this stuff, it has double the sugar, evaporated milk, butter, marshmellow creme, and semi-sweet chocolate morsels :D Makes the best fudge ever :D

Worked fine. Thanks. It was not as sweet as I thought it should be, however I substituted Evaporated milk for milk and real raw butter made on a farm for the butter. It is still wonderful and hits the spot. This is the same recipe my mom used 30 years ago.

I doubled the recipe. Instead, however using all butter, I used half butter and half peanut butter. It tastes delicious!

Good tip put butter or grease or Crisco on your and cut while still cooling that makes the fudge much easier to cut.

I followed this recipe and it melted my spoon and scorched my pot. I had to throw it all away! High heat is just way too HOT!!

 Robert W. (New Brunswick) replies:
Check the back of the spoon before you throw it away to see if it says "Made in China."

Plastic spoons not recommended for making fudge!
