KARTOFFEL SALAT (POTATO SALAD) 
2 lb. potatoes, boiled in jackets, peeled and sliced
3 strips bacon, chopped and fried, save grease
Onion to taste, sliced fine
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine onions, bacon and potatoes. Heat bacon grease, add flour, stirring until smooth. Add water to desired thickness, add sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over potato mixture.
