Love this recipe! It is so easy and delicious. The ingredients are stuff you always have on hand. I use ground turkey, low sodium race seasoning, 2 percent velveeta and fat free evaporated milk. This is a winner all around.

I really like this recipe. I do things a little differently. I brown the meat and add onions and garlic. Then I add the taco seasoning and follow the directions on the package. while I give that a couple minutes to cook I put the tomatoes, milk and cheese in a pot. I cut up the cheese so that it will melt faster. I stir the cheese mixture to help it along. I then drain the meat and add it to the cheese mix well and done. If I don't have evaporated milk on hand i just use regular milk it works just fine. I serve this with chips.

The version of this recipe I've been making for 30 years includes a can of Ranch Style beans. Otherwise a great recipe :)

I have the almost same receipt. The only difference is I add one can of original Ranch Style Beans.
