CHOCOLATE PIE OR PUDDING 
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Milnot milk
2 egg yolks
2 c. hot milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat to scalding not boiling. Mix cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add Milnot milk to dry mixture and mix well. Beat in the egg yolks and pour into the hot milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. If you want pudding, pour into small cups. If you want a pie, pour into baked pie shell.

MERINGUE FOR PIE:

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 tbsp. sugar

Beat! Beat! Beat! until stiff. Put on pie and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
