LEMON BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines lemon supreme)
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1 tsp. poppy seed

Mix for 4 to 5 minutes at medium speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. (Bake in 2 bread size loaf pans.)

While still hot, right out of the oven, use meat fork and poke holes in top. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 4 tablespoons real lemon juice. Stir and divide between 2 loaves.
