HEAVENLY POTATOES 
5 lb. potatoes, boil, mash, use only milk to mash

Add:

1 c. sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Whip until fluffy. Place in buttered casserole. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Bake 350 for 1 hour (until heated through and lightly brown on top).
