TEXAS PASTA SALAD II 
1 pkg. Texas pasta
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1-2 cans red beans or Mexican flavored red beans, drained
2 c. loose packed cheese, Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
3-4 chopped fresh tomatoes
1-2 chopped green peppers
10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or 1 jar Hormel bacon
1 sm. can sliced ripe olives, drained
Green Goddess dressing, or not too thick guacamole

Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain and cool. Mix the rest of the ingredients together (minus dressing) then toss with dressing. Keeps well. This is also good with lettuce and cubes of avocado tossed in, but naturally won't keep fresh.
