SNICKER DOODLES 
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix. Let set in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Make small balls and roll in 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees.
