QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/3 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of 8- or 9-inch square or round pan. Put milk and egg in mixing bowl, and beat until well mixed. Add Bisquick mix and sugar to mixture. Mix together only enough to moisten dry ingredients. Pour batter into pan. Cover with topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

TOPPING:

Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Blend in 1/4 cup finely packed brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/2 cup cereal flakes. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter and press lightly into the top.
