ICE CREAM SANDWICHES 
1 sm. pkg. instant pudding, any flavor
1 1/4 c. cold milk
2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
Graham crackers

Combine pudding and milk. Beat until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip. Chill 5 minutes. Spread between graham cracker squares. Freeze until firm.
