IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. Cheddar or American cheese, shredded

Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread mixture in a greased 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth for 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 5-8 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
