3 strips bacon, fry & break into pieces

Pour off excess fat, leaving a little in pan.

Combine:

1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Bring to a boil in bacon pan. Pour over lettuce or spinach torn in pieces. Serve at once.
