1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
1 c. pie filling (your favorite)
2 c. flour

In large bowl, mix together butter, sugar, eggs (one at a time), vanilla, salt and flour. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and spread half of batter in pan. Spoon pie filling over batter, then drop remaining batter over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
