BIBINGKA 
1 stick butter
1 box Mochiko
2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Cream softened butter and sugar together until creamy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating until creamy. Add Mochiko and milk. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour into an oblong 13" x 9 1/2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 45 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Cool. Then cut into squares to serve. NOTE: Mochiko flour can be bought at an oriental store.

Add 6 eggs in total to make it a really smooth Bibinka. Also, for added flavour, use one can of coconut milk (400 ml) and top up to 3 cups with milk.

Good as written. I love it! Everyone in my DnD group loves it. And its a huge hit with the kids! Only thing I do different is sprinkle chopped dates on top.
