PERFECT PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. shortening (bacon drippings)
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2 tsp. cold water

Add water and vinegar to beaten egg and add to flour. Mix and roll out enough for 2 double crust pies.
