1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil in a large bowl. Stir in coconut and chopped nuts. Pour into greased pan.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Best icing is cream cheese.
