GOOD AND EASY PIZZA 
1 pkg. Fleishman's Active Dry Yeast
1 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest (about 5 minutes).

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Divide dough in quarters. On a lightly greased baking sheet, pat each quarter into 5 to 7 inch circle. Continue to flour fingers when patting dough.

Spread each circle with Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce as desired. Top with Mozzarella cheese, shredded. Add other desired toppings.

Bake 16 minutes or until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly.
