Cover with: 1/2 lb. shredded Jack cheese

Beat together and pour over cheese: 1/2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream, green chili salsa, olives and chips.
