ONE EASY MEAL | |
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg 3 med. onions 2 lg. green peppers 2 cans whole tomatoes Olive oil Garlic powder, oregano 2 cans green beans 1/2 c. sugar (opt.) 3 c. cooked rice Saute onions and peppers in olive oil. In another skillet, brown hamburg, then add onions and peppers, tomatoes (crushed slightly), green beans and spices. Add sugar, if desired. Serve over cooked rice. |
