2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) of Nestle Peanut Butter Morsels

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (350 degrees for convection ovens). In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In larger bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract, beat until creamy. Add egg. Beat well. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in peanut butter morsels. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees (350 degrees for convection oven). For 6 to 8 minutes. Makes around 6 dozen cookies.
