CRANBERRY BREAD 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cranberries, dates, chunk pineapple
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
1 c. nuts

Combine egg, sugar, baking soda, butter, flour, baking powder, salt and water. Mix thoroughly. Add cut up fruit and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
