5 MINUTE COCONUT PIE 
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. (3 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 1/2 c. coconut flakes
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
9" premade graham cracker crust

Blend sugar, cream cheese, milk and coconut together. Mix at low speed for 30 seconds. Fold mixture into Cool Whip. Add almond flavoring. Pour into the crust and freeze until firm (at least 4 hours). Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Store leftover pie in freezer.
