SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. beef
1/3 c. onions
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shortening
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Mix first 9 ingredients; shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in melted shortening, remove meat and pour off fat. Heat chili and jelly in skillet until jelly melts. Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
