MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef, seasoned to taste
1 can kidney or Mexican style beans
1 head lettuce, cut up
1 tomato, cut up
1/2 lb. Colby cheese
1 sm. bag Doritos, crushed
1 sm. bottle French or Catalina dressing

Brown ground beef; season to taste. Add beans and simmer 5 minutes. Cut up lettuce, tomato and Colby cheese; add crushed Doritos. Add hamburger and bean mixture and dressing.
