PUMPKIN PIE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix and bake in a casserole dish at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.

Serves 8.
