CRAB STUFFED TROUT 
2 lbs. deboned rainbow trout
1 c. crabmeat
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. bacon
Grape leaves
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. parsley
Paprika
Ground pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme

Saute onions, mushrooms, and flour in butter until golden. Add crabmeat to mixture and toss. Add ground pepper, oregano, and thyme to mixture. Stuff trout with mixture and fold trout halves together. Wrap trout in grape leaves. Wrap this with bacon totally. Place on aluminum foil into preheated 320 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Serve with wild rice and steamed broccoli.
