NACHO PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (18 oz.) can refried beans
1 (18 oz.) jar taco sauce
1 baked quiche pie shell
1/4 c. hot pepper, chopped (optional)
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Brown ground meat in skillet. Stir until crumbly. Add onion, salt, and pepper. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Mix in refried beans and taco sauce. Spoon into pie shell. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
