CRISP FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. Martha White self rising cornmeal mix
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. water
1 egg, beaten
1 frying chicken

Combine dry ingredients in plastic bag. In mixing bowl combine water and egg. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Shake in cornmeal mixture, coating well. Fry in large skillet on medium heat 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
