APPLE CHERRY PUDDING 
1 can (16 oz.) apple sauce
2 slices bread cubed
1/3 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. butter
12 maraschino cherries
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except brown sugar, butter and nuts. Place in buttered dish. Top with brown sugar, dabs of butter and nuts. Heat about 20 minutes in 350 degree oven until bubbly. Top with whipped cream or ice cream. 4 serving.
