1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 stick butter
4 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix, butter (softened), and 2 eggs. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the preceding mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.
