LYDIA'S CHEESECAKE 
18 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 stick of butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix and press in 7 1/2 x 12 inch pan (place in refrigerator). 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, separated 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat rest of ingredients and egg yolks in order. Fold in egg whites. Pour in pan and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool 15 minutes and then add topping.

TOPPING:

1/4 pt. sour cream (lg. carton)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour over the cake and refrigerate.
