2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can coconut
1 tbsp. vanilla

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box 10x powdered sugar

Mix ingredients in order listed. Be sure to mix well. Place in a greased tube pan. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300 degrees.

CREAM CHEESE ICING: Have cream cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix both very well. Add sugar and flavoring. Then gently pour over cake.
