ASPARAGUS AND POTATOES | |
8-10 lg. potatoes 1 or 2 cans or frozen boxes of asparagus Peel and dice potatoes; cook in water until tender. Add asparagus and cook until tender. (If using fresh asparagus, cook with raw potatoes until tender.) Pour off water and add milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Heat until milk is warm and butter melted. Very good as warmed up leftovers. |
