ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 large bag Doritos
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 can water
1 can mild enchilada sauce
2 cans chopped green chilies

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with 3/4 of the bag of Doritos. Brown ground beef and onion. Mix with remaining ingredients and pour over Doritos. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
