1 qt. corn
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. boiling water

Put corn in kettle and add sugar, salt, and boiling water. Boil about five minutes. Cool well before putting in freezer. Double the recipe if you wish. If you want cream style corn, scrape the cob.
