HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. of frozen hash browns (cubes) 2 med. onions, finely chopped 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese Spray a 2 1/2 quart baking dish with Pam. Pour the hashbrowns into the dish. Mix onions, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and 2 cups of Cheddar cheese together, and pour over the hashbrowns. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. Remove from oven. Top with remaining 1 cup of Cheddar cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbling (about 10 minutes). |
