12 oz. chocolate chips 12 oz. butterscotch chips 2 c. peanut butter 2 lbs. powdered sugar 1 c. melted butter 1/4 c. regular vanilla pudding 1/2 c. evaporated milk 2 tsp. maple flavoring 1 lb. red peanuts Melt together the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. Spread 1/2 of this mixture in a 9x13 pan. Reserve the other half for the third layer (top layer). Freeze while mixing the second layer. Mix the powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla pudding, evaporated milk, and maple flavoring. Spread on top of the first layer and freeze. Add red peanuts to the remaining half of the first layer. Spread on the second layer. Freeze until solid. Cut in squares when frozen. |
