2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes instant pudding, whatever flavor you choose
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk

Layer 1: Melt butter and mix in flour and nuts. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Layer 2: Beat together cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on crust.

Layer 3: Beat pudding, vanilla, and milk at low speed. Spread on Layer 2.

Spread remainder of Cool Whip on the set third layer and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill several hours.
